Most of my maternity sessions take place in my Bedfordshire photography studio, I welcome mums to be from Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire Cambridge & London. Beautiful, timeless & boho portraits. My maternity sessions are calm, creative & playful with beautiful light & textures. I use soft neutral tones & beautiful dried floral installations to create stylish & boho maternity photos for you in your pregnancy. The studio is tranquil & peaceful, draped in linen, a lime wash neutral tone wall & beautiful victorian features including ceiling roses & old parquet flooring. I’m so pleased you’re here and thinking about capturing the most transformational journey of your life. As a maternity photographer based in Bedfordshire, I am fortunate to be surrounded by gorgeous countryside & an array of meadows with a perfect sunset landscape, dappled in golden light & beautiful wildflowers. In the warmer months, celebrate your pregnancy with a stunning sunset outdoor maternity photoshoot, a gift to yourself & your baby, the perfect way to tell the very beginning of your story as a mother, celebrate your journey from Maiden to MOTHER. Most of my clients travel from Watford & St Albans, or live more locally Hitchin Letchworth & Baldock areas. I predominantly work with mothers from Cambridge, Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire who are looking seeking a fun, relaxed & elegant maternity photoshoot. These photos will truly be a gift to yourself & your baby. Your maternity photography experience is tailored to you, come alone, with your partner or as a family. Together we’ll plan your visions & I will carefully curate a session to bring these to life, you simply have to come as you are, I’ll gently guide you throughout & together we’ll create a magical time capsule for you to cherish forever.
OUTDOOR MATERNITY PHOTOSHOOT IN HERTFORDSHIRE
Being a Hertfordshire maternity photographer, my sessions are relaxed, laid back, timeless & nostalgic. My outdoor maternity photoshoots take place around Letchworth, Hitchin Baldock & Biggleswade areas. My natural light photography studio is located on the outskirts of Cambridge, in Biggleswade just off the A1 South of St Neots. I love to capture women in their pregnancy using beautiful natural light indoors or outdoors in the Hertfordshire countryside at sunset. I also offer bump to baby photography packages to help you capture the whole story, a celebration of your pregnancy and newborn baby, save £100 when you book the two sessions together - only pay your deposits upon booking to save your date in my diary, the remainder is due the day of your session. An empowering, creative & artful maternity session at my studio, in your home or on location; usually 90mins.
All pre-session preparation which includes : A detailed session guide, zoom or telephone pre-session planning.
Complimentary use of my beautiful client maternity dresses & gowns
My editing time to produce a full gallery (approx 60 images) of hand edited fine art images to make your selections from
5 hand edited fine art digital images, chosen by you, from your private online gallery.
If you wish to purchase more digitals & prints, you can do this easily through your online gallery. Collections start from £195, you’ll receive a full pricing guide on enquiry.
My travel (outside a 20 mile radius a small charge is applied).

SESSION FAQS
How does booking a shoot work?
If you're ready to book a session, click on the CONTACT FORM with as much information about your session dreams. Please make sure your email & contact number is filled in correctly so I can get in touch. Keep an eye on your JUNK folder as I tend to land there.
Once we've agreed on your session date, a £100 deposit & signed contract is needed to hold this in my diary, and then we're good to go.
what to expect?
About 4 weeks before your session you’ll receive a beautiful session guide to help get you ready, and we can have a pre session catch up on the phone or over zoom. My maternity sessions can take place in your home, in my home from home studio, or immersed in nature. I want you to feel like you're catching up with an old friend; my intention is to give you a cherished experience, to hold space, to celebrate you as you are. I'm drawn to nature & working within the seasons, we'll venture outside in the beautiful golden light or get cosy at home, to tell a story of your love.
When is best to enquire?
I always recommend for maternity sessions, to reach out at the 20wk point of your pregnancy as I book up months in advance; particularly weekend slots.

Extra FAQS

I’m available for daytime sessions on a Tuesday, Thursday & Friday either at my home studio in Biggleswade or in your home. Most of my clients book a few hours off for their session or are still on leave for their newborn session. I can sometimes be flexible with these days, depending on childcare; please let me know on enquiry. I work one Saturday or Sunday a month so if you know you’d like a weekend session, please reach out as soon as possible as they book quickly. There is a £50 surcharge for any weekend session.
For outdoor location sessions these take place at either sunrise or sunset, when the light is most beautiful; they are held on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.

If a little rain doesn’t bother you, and it’s not an absolute downpour, we can still shoot. But if you’d rather not, we can move your session to the nearest available date in my diary. I keep a close eye on the weather in the run up to your session date & will keep in touch with you a few days prior if it’s looking like we need to reschedule.

My home studio is based in Biggleswade & is a perfect setting for newborn, maternity & motherhood sessions. I use locations in the Biggleswade, Potton, Letchworth areas. I take a long time getting to know my locations as it’s important to understand how the landscape changes with the season as well as the movement of the light in the space; I also look for easy & safe access for clients. I’m always happy to travel, there are additional travel fees outside of 20 miles; I have had clients in the Lake District & Scotland as well as clients in Cambridge, Bedford, Hertfordshire & London. If I’m travelling with my family, I always share my dates on my social media & newsletters as this saves travel costs for you.
