One of my most memorable sessions of summer 2022, Lucia & Marco dancing in love & late summer’s sun.
The goldenness of low August sun, love, sequins, goddess energy & a field of corn... a recipe for pure magic. Their love for each other was incredibly inspiring, a true love story, so heartwarmingly deep in love with one another & their daughter in utero. I fell for them instantly, completely captivated by them as they swayed to their favourite song “Dancing in the Moonlight”. Their session fell on one of the hottest days of the year, the sky was clear & the sun was golden. Lucia chose the divine gold sequin gown from my client wardrobe, I had found the most incredible corn field that hadn’t yet been cut; I knew it was going to be pure magic… it was meant to be.

So many women find my work after their pregnancies & share how much they wish they had this season in their lives documented from the very beginning; sadly a lot of women don’t because of how their bodies change during pregnancy. I hear you. I found it very difficult to accept & embrace the changes in my body when carrying the girls. All I can say is that we never see ourselves in the way others do, and to me, every single woman who steps in front of my camera is absolutely beautiful. You may not feel it day to day, but I will make sure you feel it during your time with me. My approach is to empower you in all your beauty, to hold space to allow you to feel safe to embrace & celebrate these changes. If you’ve never had a session before, trust that you’re in good hands & I will gentle guide you throughout your session. Most clients are nervous, we will spend time getting to know one another beforehand & you’ll feel like you’re catching up with a dear friend. You will never regret documenting this season in your life & celebrating all that your body is doing.
